Ideal candidates have previous writing experience and are comfortable working longer hours, and if necessary, some weekends, and possibly available to travel for productions.

Take writing notes in any creative meetings and organize them into one tracking list per episode for pickups and ADR and distribute them to the teams. Work with BRON management on smooth operation of writing materials.

Duties will include coordinating business operations with the Head of Operations, organizing business entities, applying for copyrights, tax-credit related work, and managing post production materials.

Provide primary and specialized administrative support to producer and secondary support to Associate Producer with an emphasis on daily production scheduling.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times.
