Movie Magic Scheduling
Act as liaison between production units and studio departments to facilitate production’s needs and ensure adherence to Legendary procedures.
Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of physical production.
Monitor and support all Local Original Series projects in development and production. Meets with show producers, production managers and creative executives in regards to schedules, budget and all production related matters and issues.
Disseminating information and materials to various departments within HBO. Tracking and updating show schedules, HOD charts and other internal documents.
Responsibilities include supporting scripted productions across the Drama slate with our French & German production partners, vetting budgets and schedules, curating vendor and crew relations, and supporting Apple TV+ Creative teams, from development through delivery.
This position will also be involved in many production duties such as updating production calendars, communicating between outside production personnel and the studio, tracking dailies, and organizing production documents and information.
Provide creative materials to HOD candidates and schedules interviews with Creative and Production Executives.
Work with Directors of Physical Production in handling the physical pre-production, production and wrap of major theatrical feature films (both domestic and foreign).
This position will report to the Film Production Lead and your responsibilities broadly include reviewing and vetting budgets and schedules, curating vendor and crew relations, and establishing best practices from pre-production through delivery.
Responsibilities include maintaining calendar, scheduling, answering and rolling calls, coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position will also be involved in many production duties.
Compile, distribute, and store daily production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, DOOD, and schedules) on the studio network.
