Logline: A morally and emotionally bankrupt gossip columnist is sent to the countryside by his editor to cover the wedding of the century. When he winds up at the estate of the famously land rich, cash poor Lord and Lady Clybourne, who mistake him for a charity case, the eccentric family takes him in. Seeing the possibility for an exclusive, he stays on but finds himself falling head over heels in love with the Lord and Lady’s fiery eldest daughter.

Logline: A flash mob dancer must save his community from demolition while falling for a girl whose father is in charge of the destruction.

Logline: Peggy and Pencil are inseparable companions. They sleep together, eat together, and even take-in Friday night movies together. Life is uncomplicated and safe, and although Pencil is a Beagle, Peggy is happily entrenched in a satisfying relationship of co-dependency with her beloved pet.
