Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating of executive calendars, editing in Final Draft, drafting email submissions, script coverage, as well as project tracking and grid management.
This position will support a broad range of administrative responsibilities.
Job responsibilities include standard assistant duties, team coordinating, and tracking and reporting of important dates and other department administrative needs.
This position will be managing two Executives with very busy calendars, managing call sheets, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, liaising between departments, taking meeting minutes and tracking action items.
The team will develop projects from inception of idea to series by hearing pitches, reading spec scripts, identifying available IP, crafting and delivering notes to executive producers, and communicating creative direction between network and studios and production companies.
Aid in preparing & proofreading presentations, pitch decks, creative documents & correspondence.
Organize and maintain heavy filing system, databases, and reports using Word and Excel requiring a high level of detail and organization.
Track, organize, and manage all production and post materials on past and current shows. Assist in building and maintaining production related documents for individual show use.
