Provide administrative support including phones and email, coordinating meetings, preparing required materials in advance of meetings, managing schedules and travel, and preparing expense reports. Read manuscripts and provide a point of view on stories being told.

Oversee heavy scheduling and calendar management, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and commitments. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to: audience management, guest coordination, researching stories, ingesting news, coordinating scripts, selecting footage, performing clerical duties, and assisting staff members.

Collaborate with talent, writers and editorial teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality video content aligned with brand standards. Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, equipment setup, lighting, sound, and on-location filming & distribution of social media clips and long-form videos.

Maintain calendars for 1-4 executives and alignment with their direct reports, including scheduling meetings both internally and externally, and booking various events. Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, including passport renewals and processing visas.

Pitch, produce and write original content, primarily for broadcast, including researching, conducting interviews, writing scripts, field producing, shooting, as well as editing/working with editors.

Assist with multiple aspects of production including: compiling research for production team and talent, organizing production logistics, creating graphics and lower thirds during breaking news and special coverage.

Writing coverage for film and television scripts, books, and plays. Researching IP of potential interest for adaptation (books, articles, podcasts). Assisting with research and tasks related to projects currently in development.

Managing the agent’s calendar, email, phones, sending submissions, evaluative queries and manuscripts, and handling a variety of client oriented business.

Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented, and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
