Operations Coordinator

Booking logistics for our technical crew such as flights, hotel, ground transportation, expense processing, and preparation of production materials for distribution.

The duties will include scheduling calls and Zoom meetings, organizing documents and mail, coordinating with remote teams, and other administrative tasks.
