Support multiple projects in development and production. Coordinate with show producers, production managers and creative executives in budget and production meetings.
Work closely with Creative Executives to set up new productions by reviewing and approving Production Partners, key Heads of Departments, schedules, and budgets, to flag possible issues and identify solutions.
Scheduling meetings, maintaining Executive calendars, answering phones, arranging travel and hotel accommodations, submitting expense reports; composing memos and correspondence, etc.
Oversee the preparation of production budgets, reviewing for completeness and accuracy – effectively project managing the process to ensure timely delivery by the production management team.
Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of Physical Production.
Collaborate with show producers, Line Producers, Production Managers and creative executives and offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules. Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.
Assist the Director of Production, West Coast Live Action on all aspects of work. Serve as production contact for show unit’s POC from pre-production through post.
