Provide administrative support to executives on the feature film team, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, rolling calls and maintaining call sheets, managing calendars, preparing and submitting expense reports, and arranging occasional travel.
Production Executives
Break down scripts for Storyboard Handouts and Design meetings. Work with the other show Coordinators and/or Production Associate to maintain artwork and production files as per standard TVA procedures.
Responsibilities include supporting scripted productions across the Drama slate with our French & German production partners, vetting budgets and schedules, curating vendor and crew relations, and supporting Apple TV+ Creative teams, from development through delivery.
Provide creative materials to HOD candidates and schedules interviews with Creative and Production Executives.
Work closely with our Production Managers, Production Executives, and Head of Production in all aspects of unscripted projects from development to production and Post Production
Aligns Production Teams in key Physical Production standard practices and paperwork, including but not limited to; all production paperwork, crew start work, DGA contracts, Exhibit G forms, call sheets, and production reports.
Coordinate any/all of the following meetings: Storyboard Handouts, Design Reviews, pitches, Leica Screenings, Art Approvals, Animatic Reviews and any additional production specific requests.

Duties will include coordinating the activities of a fast paced production, including scheduling meetings, planning and carrying out events, placing/tracking phone calls, taking notes at meetings, and facilitating communication between production management team.
