Production Manager

Coordinates shipping of episodic materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Breakdown scripts in various stages (Outline, 1st Draft, 2nd Draft) to determine complexity of assigned episodes.
Liaise with Feature Animation at Netflix which will include executives from cross-functional teams such as Creative, production, Finance, Business Affairs, and Legal Affairs as well as the Film’s Creator, Executive Producers, and production crew to manage, guide, and problem-solve throughout all phases of production.
Support the production staff on all administrative production requirements across the life of a production.
Work closely with production managers, and production staff, as well as, internal producers to examine the needs of each production.
Create a supportive, friendly, cheerful and professional atmosphere. Provide preliminary general technical support for the production office/show.
Should have strong Physical Production experience in premium documentaries and unscripted content including budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting.
