Scripted Series
Drafting various agreements during the development and production periods including, without limitation, certificates, writer agreements, and actor agreements.
Actively pitch and sell series to both established buyers (e.g., streamers, networks) and emerging platforms, leveraging relationships and insight to drive sales and new shows.
Review and provide notes on show bibles, scripts, outlines, springboards, animatics, cuts, voice records, and other steps in the creative process.
Oversee series throughout all stages from script development through post-production and exhibition on Netflix’s global streaming service from a legal and, eventually, a business standpoint, with the ability to navigate through complex matters that arise during the production lifecycle.
Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Experience reviewing creative content and providing notes.
Provide comprehensive support to three Executives, including complex calendar management for internal and external meetings and calls. Maintain a highly agile approach to accommodating evolving schedules and priorities.

Identifying & securing new projects/IP for said producers as well for our internal studio slate and acting as a Creative advocate for the same within the group, whilst developing new relationships across the UK.
Aside from standard assistant duties, you will be able to do Creative work on our projects and work with the development team, learn in-depth about the business side of entertainment, and be exposed to the production process/set etc.
You will help develop and produce across a wide range of IP and content formats (e.g. Animation, live-action, puppets, audio content), for YouTube as well as all other major platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, Nickelodeon, Disney, WarnerMedia, PBS, Spotify, Sky, etc.
Oversee a Programming & Delivery calendar for all titles connected to Scripted Originals Series for P+ US, while working with the Programming team leaders to align on target premiere dates.

Oversee a global production slate of original IP, reviewing scripts, treatments, outlines, production schedules, assets, Music, dailies and cuts and providing timely feedback.
Responsible for developing and helping oversee pilot production of new Comedy, Limited Series and Drama Scripted Series.
Field pitches, identify trends, and help establish the strategic development goals.
Provide creative feedback (written and oral) during the pitch/script development process and during the ongoing production.
Support the SVP in managing the Scripted Development slate and track day-to-day creative progress on projects.
Responsibilities include full commissions as well as co-productions ensuring timely, efficient, on-brand delivery of new and returning long form Series at the maximum level of quality permitted by budgeted regional production assumptions.
Generates ideas for new show concepts and characters. Hear and respond to pitches; evaluate new project submissions to assess their value as it relates to the creative direction
Strong understanding of long form narrative storytelling, and two plus years of creative experience at a studio, network, Production Company, or publisher.
You shall actively engage with the creative team, writers, data analysts, and producers to work on concepts, research, and data, to create immersive and compelling scripted serialized stories across multiple genres.
