Day-to-day responsibilities will include heavy scheduling, emailing throughout the day, using Google Suite to manage various lists and projects, problem solve IT issues, gifting, letting in vendors to the home, ordering issues, research and be there to support as needed.
Second Assistant
Handle logistics, rolling calls, scheduling, tracking submissions, and staying updated on internal projects.
Responsibilities include calendar management, helping clients out with day-to-day needs, sending submissions, etc.
Applicants must be excellent communicators, self-starters, and comfortable in a high-volume, busy environment.
The position will assist in a wide array of administrative and Creative tasks.
Duties include handling client appointments, managing travel/schedule for manager and clients, etc.
