The ideal candidate should have aspirations to pursue a producorial track or the Creative side of working at a network/streamer/studio with at least 1 year of previous experience on a high volume desk.
Finds writers for series development, series staffing and Streaming development projects. Works closely with writers to develop pitches, write outlines and give story and script notes.
Applicants must have experience as an assistant at a network, streamer, agency, or Production Company; and a passion for the Nonfiction space is highly recommended.
Ability to source top writers, develop relationships, and an interest in new media is key.
Work with writers to develop story and scripts to help transition each podcast to TV series. Develop innovative story approaches and thematic arcs to help transition podcasts into TV/Film.
Role will work with Development Executives to generate concepts for Original Series.
