SVP of Production
Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, processing expense reports, filing, etc. Working closely with the production office across shows through the prep, production, and into the post process.
Disseminating information and materials to various departments within HBO. Tracking and updating show schedules, HOD charts and other internal documents.
Work closely with production execs and finance to establish schedule and budget for each production.
Work closely with the Creative team, producers and other stakeholders to ensure our productions are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Manages supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments. Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence. Is responsible for coordinating heavy travel schedules for staff and talent.
Heavy schedule and calendar management, including coordination of internal and external meetings/calls across multiple time zones.
Coordinates/arranges travel and hotel accommodations, both international and domestic. Arranges executive calendar or schedules meetings, independently or as directed.
Oversee planning and production, from pre-production through final delivery. Work closely with production executives and Finance to establish schedule and budget for each production.

Work with internal departments and development labels to build budgets and production plans for reality formats that are in development or greenlit (including schedules, detailed line by line budget, cash flow and overall approach to physical production)
Proof reading and editing. Processing expense reports. Managing document flow, including creating and maintaining files.
Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Duties include but not limited to rolling calls, scheduling, reading submitted materials, tracking, etc.
Work with Topic Studios executives and producers to develop and/or vet budgets and production plans for Fiction and Nonfiction TV shows, Films, podcasts, and Documentary features that are in development, pre-production, and under consideration as potential investment.
Manage submission log and prepare coverage. Lead all aspects of development and project grid for the office.
