A young, recently orphaned girl goes to live with her grandparents, where she befriends the boy next door and figures out the sinister secrets that are held in his household.

Logline: A sick 13 year old boy lives a controlled life, under the care of his heart surgeon mother and his retired nurse father, until a neighbor, of the same age, moves next door and gives him hope for a better life.
Logline: A Hmong college student returns to his family home in the Midwest, both to attend his ex-fiancee’s wedding, and to care for his ailing father who is badly in need of a kidney transplant. Under pressure from his family to donate a kidney to his dad, he has a secret he’s trying to keep from his family: he’s gay.
