Ellen Page has signed on to star in the zombie thriller The Third Wave from David Freyne, who will be making his feature directing debut. She joins previously cast Sam Kelley.

Logline: Six years after a deadly zombie-like epidemic, an antidote has cured those infected, but does not remove the memories of the actions they committed while zombified.
