Maintain current/development and production grids, schedule and log incoming pitches and maintain tracking of story pitches/true crime case files. Track internal documents (i.e. status of series and specials, pre-production through premiere).

Support the coordination and execution of above-the-line talent initiatives (writers, directors, on-screen and voiceover talent, etc.) from ideation to launch including but not limited to brainstorm and meeting notes, drafting applications, creating timelines and checklists for execution. Review scripts, cuts, marketing materials, casting breakdowns etc.

Brainstorm, develop and produce kid-targeted videos, shorts and series for YouTube and Peacock. Pitch quality branded content that exemplifies the voice of the brands we promote. Partner with Physical Production to develop budgets and shoot calendars.

Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements, including international travel. Interact with senior level executives and their assistants. Will also interact with talent and external partners.

Schedule and organize crews in relation to needs of creative, under the direction of the Production Manager as assigned. Collaborate with Production team members to ensure budget expectations are met, staffing needs are communicated, and post/deliverables are executed on time.

Cultivate internal relationships to leverage studio resources to support key filmmakers in producing 360-degree content offerings across Universal Filmed Entertainment Group’s various verticals.

Schedule and organize crews in relation to needs of creative, under the direction of the Coordinating Producer and Logistics Manager as assigned.

Draft basic form agreements using templates and relevant precedent for review by Business Affairs executives. Be primarily responsible for formal correspondence such as agency package letters and letters exercising options for services of production companies and talent.
