Successful in identifying premium scripted projects, developing, packaging and selling them to buyers, and producing and executive producing them to a first class standard.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are progressing according to schedule and budget. Monitor the quality and Creative direction of each project throughout the development and production processes.
Identifying & securing new projects/IP for said producers as well for our internal studio slate and acting as a Creative advocate for the same within the group, whilst developing new relationships across the UK.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, proactive, resourceful, detail oriented multitasker with strong organizational skills.
Scheduling and administrative work plus development tasks – script coverage; creating development materials; taking notes on casting calls, pitched, general meetings, etc.
The ideal candidate will be a quick reader, strong writer, have an innate ability to prioritize, and have a good sense of the industry and its main players.
Manage submissions, maintain development grids, track projects, read material (scripts and books), provide notes on active projects, correspond with Literary Agents, research IP, oversee the intern program, and other administrative duties.
Identify quality scripts, IP and emerging writers; develop feature and TV projects; have and build relationships with writers, managers, agents, executives, producers and talent.
The creation of development materials including concepts, treatments, scripts, designs, Animation tests, series bibles, pitch decks, and budget etc.
In addition to providing administrative support to the VP of Development & Production, the role will require reading incoming material and handling various production and company-related responsibilities.
Cultivating ideas into standout Television Series and brands for Kids. Managing the creation of all development materials including concepts, treatments, scripts, designs, animation tests, series bibles, pitch decks, and budget etc.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, highly organized with excellent communication skills, be able to anticipate needs and have/show discretion.
