Logline: In the vein of "Jacob's Ladder" and "The Sixth Sense", this is an elevated supernatural thriller based on Charles Dickens' 'The Signal-Man' and HP Lovecraft's "The Lurking Fear". It's the story of a psychiatrist who starts treating a patient she meets that lives in a wet house. Her patient has premonitions that help her hunt down a serial killer that is eluding the cops, but they ultimately become something far more sinister.
