“Crashing,” “High Maintenance” Renewed for Third Seasons on HBO


HBO has renewed comedies and for third seasons, respectively.

High Maintenance, based on the web series of the same name, stars Ben Sinclair as The Guy, a bearded, pot-dealing deliveryman whose growing clientele is keeping him busier than ever.

It was created by Katja Blichfeld and Sinclair, with the two serving as executive producers alongside Russell GregoryWilly Friedman, Gwen Bialic and Emi Irikawa are producers.

Crashing was created by and stars Pete Holmes, based on his own experiences as a struggling stand-up comedian. He serves as EP along with Judd Apatow and Judah Miller, with Igor Srubshchik and Oren Brimer serving as co-EPs and Josh Church and Dave Rath serving as producers.

Both series debuted their second seasons in January.
