Premiering later this month, Netflix has released a special holiday trailer for their new series OZARK. Set to a slow, rather creepy version of “America the Beautiful,” the trailer was appropriately released for Fourth of July.
Starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney, the series follows Marty Byrde (Bateman), a financial planner who suddenly relocates from Chicago to the Missouri Ozarks and must pay off a debt to a Mexican drug lord. Linney plays Marty’s wife, Wendy.
Julia Garner, Sofia Hublitz, and Skylar Gaertner also star in the series.
The first season consists of ten episodes and will premiere on Netflix on July 21.
