Bryce Dallas Howard is reportedly in early talks to join JURASSIC WORLD, the fourth film in the “Jurassic Park” franchise. The plot is still being kept under wraps but is rumored to be about the park being in operation and successful. No word on what role she’ll play but it’s supposedly a female lead, which makes sense. The Howards’ are leaders, unless your first name happens to be Clint. David Oyelowo has also recently taken a meeting with the producers, so he could be in talks as well.
Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver (“Rise of the Planet of the Apes”) wrote the most recent draft that Colin Trevorrow (“Safety Not Guaranteed”) will direct. Producing will be Steven Spielberg and Frank Marshall.
Howard was last seen in 2012’s “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.”
She is repped by ICM.
Oyelowo can be seen currently in “Lee Daniels’ The Butler” and will next show up in “Nina” and Christopher Nolan’s “Interstellar.”
He is repped by WME.
