Daily check-ins with artists to gauge progress on assignments, communicate updates and critical changes related to the schedule. Transcribe review notes, distribute, and ensure follow-up of action items and status changes as necessary

Scheduling and managing calendars, the assembly and distribution of curriculum, creating meeting agendas, identifying and executing action items, securing guest speakers, event management, logistics, evaluation and follow up.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: managing office operations; reception duties; human resources duties; accounting and payroll assistance; and stocking office supplies and the kitchens.

Partner with senior executives to develop current story ideas and create new projects. Actively participate in internal brainstorms and be able to creatively lead these meetings.
