Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests as well as studio executives.

Duties include: high-volume calendar management, covering incoming material and providing creative feedback on all submissions and in-development projects, note taking, maintaining all internal databases (e.g. writer lists, master projects lists, submission grids), ad hoc research projects.

Liaise with Feature Animation at Netflix which will include executives from cross-functional teams such as Creative, production, Finance, Business Affairs, and Legal Affairs as well as the Film’s Creator, Executive Producers, and production crew to manage, guide, and problem-solve throughout all phases of production.

This role will be responsible for creating visual assets, including videos, graphics, and some photo illustrations and spanning across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other new emerging social platforms.

Our Literary Scout will collaborate with all team members (including senior staff), as well as Amazon Studios TV and Film development teams and Business Affairs to help guide, steer, and target properties that will transform over time into high quality, surprising, and exciting Films and Series.

The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the President & Director of Development, as well as contribute to reading, checking avails, updating grids, and other duties.

The goal of the PUP Program is to reach those who are passionate about the intersection of art and technology and expose them to the technical Animation pipeline at Pixar.
