Manage and track the status of all live-action and Animation projects through all stages of production and Post Production, triggering action from production, Business Affairs, Finance and Post Production as necessary.

The Production Coordinator will  provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.

Job entails working with our book manager, spotting potential clients and producing projects, covering festivals, bringing in OWA/ODA’s for clients and tracking information.

Handle daily administrative tasks including: assisting with scheduling, filing, photocopying, scanning, running errands, taking notes, answering phone calls, detailing messages, ordering office supplies, etc.

Responsibilities include establishing and overseeing posting schedule, writing copy for posts, creating and editing content, strategizing and coordinating collaborations with other social media influencers.

Craft story ideas and dialogue writing across multiple game modes. Collaborate with other departments to develop ideas and resolve gameplay problems through Narrative design.

Actively leading in brainstorms and coming up with marketing solutions. Critiquing headlines, body copy, social media content, presentation decks, concept statements, ads, scripts, websites, and more.

Has the knowledge of live shopping platforms, and the willingness to embody our culture of being collaborative, a self-starter, competitive, passionate, bold, distinctive, innovative, creative, has raw instinct, and ability to have fun.

Provide support to Creative team on various Creative Development projects including: writing coverage on prospective ideas; taking and compiling notes during meetings; tracking and summarizing market trends/broadcaster line-ups.

Write script, book and article coverage on an ongoing basis to actively track incoming submissions. Identify new material and partners for the studio including but not limited to writers, filmmakers and talent, as well as sourcing IP and tracking specs with the agencies.

Overseeing payments for clients including sending and tracking invoices, payment collection and tracking, as well as regular and frequent communication with the agents, assistants and clients to provide payment status, payment ETAs and any outstanding issues.
