Participates with the creative development executives to assist in the identification of the best story, with the best writers and directors, within established service levels on both animation and live action projects.

Duties will include coordinating business operations with the Head of Operations, organizing business entities, applying for copyrights, tax-credit related work, and managing post production materials.

Provide administrative support to Talent Managers and their talent roster including: project managing and executing of partnerships, managing calendars, managing call sheets/notes, and ​​scheduling calls/shoot dates.
