Evan Peters will reprise his role as Quicksilver for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Quicksilver is the son of Magneto and has superhuman speed. The project will be a sequel to upcoming “X-Men: Days of Future Past” and will also feature Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Nicholas Hoult as Beast and James McAvoy as Charles Xavier. There is also talk that Quicksilver’s sister Scarlet Witch could also be featured in the new project.
Peters is known for his roles in Jeff Wadlow’s action film “Never Back Down,” Matthew Vaughn’s action/comedy “Kick-Ass,” and, more recently, has starred in Ryan Murphy’s FX series “American Horror Story.” Peters will next appear in “Truck Stop,” a drama following the friendship between a boy with cerebral palsy and a runaway. He is also set to star in the thriller “Lazarus” opposite Olivia Wilde and Mark Duplass.
Peters is repped by CAA.
