Gwyneth Paltrow and Adrianne Palicki are in talks to join the Keanu Reeves-produced crime/thriller CHALK. The feature is directed by actress Victoria Mahoney from her own script, which follows a federal agent’s hunt for a band of murderous drug dealers, and long the way, dark secrets are revealed throughout the exhaustive chase. Mahoney and Reeves will produce with Billy Mulligan.
“Glee” favorite, Paltrow, currently has a number of productions in the works around town, starting with this year’s Steven Soderbergh-directed “Contagion.” She is also in negotiation to star alongside Carey Mulligan in the Screen Gems’ thriller, “The Cradle Will Fall,” and Paramount’s “Dirty Tricks.”
“Elektra Luxx” and “Wonder Woman” star, Palicki can be seen later this fall in the Chris Hemsworth-starrer “Red Dawn.”
Paltrow and Palicki are repped by UTA, with Paltrow managed Brillstein Entertainment and Palicki managed by Anonymous Content.
