The Plutonian is considered the world's greatest superhero until he begins heartlessly slaughtering the population of Earth – at least those who defy him. His former allies, the superhero group The Paradigm, attempt to find a way to stop his rampage while dealing with their own problems of betrayal and hopelessness.
