Michiel Huisman has lived in the world of dragons, country music, and now he will explore the world of motorcycles. He has signed on to star in Discovery’s scripted drama miniseries, HARLEY AND THE DAVIDSONS, based on the true story of William Harley and Walter Davidson.
The series will follow the story of how two 19-year-olds started building motorcycles in their backyard in Milwaukee and how they became the founders of the iconic American motorcycle empire known as Harley-Davidson. It was announced during the Television Critics Association winter press tour that Huisman will play Davidson and British actor, Robert Aramayo will co-star as Harley.
Huisman will reprise his role as Daario Naharis in the sixth season of HBO’s Game of Thrones. He has also had roles in Orphan Black, Treme and Nashville.
