Paddy Considine Preps For “The World’s End”



will be reunited with Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Edgar Wright for Wright’s upcoming comedy THE WORLD’S END.

Having worked with the trio in 2007’s “Hot Fuzz”, Considine will be starring in the latest of the “Blood and Ice Cream” series which follows a group of friends who undertake a daunting bar crawl twenty years after their initial attempt. As they near the crawl’s final pub, The World’s End, they realize that humanity itself may be in jeopardy. Starring alongside Pegg, Frost and Rosamund Pike, Considine will play a one-time ladies man and musician who has since become an architect.

Nira Park, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner will produce.

After getting his start in 2000’s “A Room For Romeo Brass”, Considine has since starred in “Cinderella Man” and “The Bourne Ultimatum” and in 2011 made his directing debut with “Tyrannosaur”. He will next be seen in Jeremy Leven’s romantic comedy “Girl On A Bicycle”.
