Stephen Scaia & Matthew Federman have been hired to adapt the video game GHOST RECON. The story follows a secret, elite team of soldiers who fight for world peace with cutting-edge military technology. Obviously, that’s a fairly vague description but it’s slightly more informative than say, “What do you mean ‘what is it about’? It’s called Ghoooost Recon man!” before devolving into making gun shot sounds with your mouth.
Michael Bay is being courted to direct but for now he’ll definitely produce alongside Didier Lupfer and Eli Richbourg.
The writing team also penned the latest draft of the “Y: The Last Man” project, which I realllllllly hope they nailed because it’s my second favorite comic series of all time. They’re also attached to write the reboot of “Zorro”. Oh, and they also happen to be members of the 2012 Young and Hungry List.
