Disruption Entertainment founder Mary Parent is joining Legendary Entertainment, filling the vacancy left behind by former president Jon Jashni. In addition, Thursday’s shuffle will see Legendary’s head of Television and Digital Media, Bruce Rosenblum, exit the company.
Josh Gad will star in and produced feature comedy Heavy Duty, based on his original idea. The script was penned by writing duo Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit.
