William Moseley has signed on to star in the live-action adaptation of A Little Mermaid. He joins Diahann Carroll, William Forsythe, and Gina Gershon in the film inspired by the Hans Christian Andersen’s classic 1837 fairytale.

Logline: Centers on a group of Afghan heroin dealers and a minicab driver who are forced to take on a corrupt detective inspector and his Russian cohorts.
