Coordinate with various internal (e.g., post, legal, creative, business affairs, clearances, music, etc) and external (e.g., production and post crew, producers) stakeholders during production and post regarding all aspects of screen credits.
Support the coordination and execution of above-the-line talent initiatives (writers, directors, on-screen and voiceover talent, etc.) from ideation to launch including but not limited to brainstorm and meeting notes, drafting applications, creating timelines and checklists for execution. Review scripts, cuts, marketing materials, casting breakdowns etc.
Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings. Create and maintain tracking grids. Review incoming submissions and provide creative notes.
Provide multi-level administrative support to the Head of Current Programming (preparing reports and documents, writer and director lists, arranging travel, managing schedule, rolling calls, tracking expenses, and other special assignments, etc.).
Maintain the Department’s Calendar, including scheduling and coordinating internal show meetings and other regular cross-functional meetings as needed. Oversee department leaders’ calendars (Burbank-focused, and partnered with SYD and VAN) to ensure an efficient flow to the week/month in pursuit of the department’s objectives.
Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements, including international travel. Interact with senior level executives and their assistants. Will also interact with talent and external partners.
Act as liaison between production units and studio departments to facilitate production’s needs and ensure adherence to Legendary procedures.
Support Talent Acquisition team to run more efficiently through supporting workflow, resources, and overseeing logistics like offer processing and hand offs for onboarding.

Coordinate original series development: organize research, investigate IP, create materials (one sheets, decks) for pitching, maintaining a running catalog of all projects.
Responsibilities include phones, managing calendars, scheduling, making travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Handle all administrative responsibilities for the executive including expense reporting, scheduling all meetings, coordinating conference calls, and greeting all visiting guests.
Create agendas & contact lists for key meetings with senior executives and outside producers, speaking when appropriate to inform attendees of updates, policies, and protocols. Draft and update Production documents which are distributed to all partners.

Serve as the first point of production contact and the central Netflix communication point for show productions and Netflix cross-functional teams.
Assisting Disney’s Trademark Group with all aspects of trademark registration matters. Researching, documenting, and preparing evidence for all types of trademark matters.
Participate in weekly sales team meetings & departmental calls. Tracking script log and organizing department weekend read. Read and provide script feedback.
Compile, review, and maintain pitch grids and creative submissions. Participate in weekend read meetings and track material.
