Builds strong partnerships locally, regionally and globally to advocate for the needs of the DACH/Nordics/Benelux markets while seeking broader understanding and best practices.
Generate headshots, cut-outs and delivery-ready motion/still graphics for shows. Acquire various photo and graphic elements for broadcast use.
Shoot show live show via A cam or B cam. Film footage for long-form and short-form videos that we can use on our various social media platforms.
Organize and track all folders, notes, files, tapes, and materials needed for the pre-production, production, and Post Production phases for a given project.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are progressing according to schedule and budget. Monitor the quality and Creative direction of each project throughout the development and production processes.
Identifying & securing new projects/IP for said producers as well for our internal studio slate and acting as a Creative advocate for the same within the group, whilst developing new relationships across the UK.
Help generate, develop and pitch original unscripted docu ideas and formats. Research cases and stories for development and series.

Work directly with and assist the production executive to coordinate all Features associated with the production executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of Physical Production.

Work closely with the SVP of Development, directors, and development Production Manager to support the needs of the team within development projects assigned. Read and provide coverage for writing samples and potential new projects.
The primary responsibilities are to support project development by reading and analyzing Creative material, presenting feedback and participating on Creative conference calls/meetings.
Responsible for research projects, information tracking, grid work, and script/Book coverage in addition to providing high level administrative support, including, but not limited to: day-to-day scheduling, processing, note-taking, and generating organization systems.

Track all deal negotiations, maintain status reports, maintain Legal Affairs department files, and support department operations.
Manage calendar for Executive including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally. Liaising with executives, talent and other Assistants internally and externally.
Administrative tasks such as file organization, light scheduling, and transcribing notes.
Review stage play librettos, Film screenplays, TV pilots and released Film/TV projects and furnish written coverage containing evaluations of those materials to executives.
While providing administrative support to the department’s video commissioners, you will be immersed in a world where you will learn everything there is to know about music video production at a major record label.
