Work with Directors of Physical Production in handling the physical pre-production, production and wrap of major theatrical feature films (both domestic and foreign).
Serve as lead problem solver with TV studio and outside producers on all production issues from prep through production and post. Liaise with each network/cable/Streaming partner on all notes for scripts, outlines, and written materials.
Structure, negotiate and execute mid to large-sized deals for inbound Film/TV rights needed for projects on the platform, as well as negotiate deals at Networks/Streamers/Buyers when we sell our Audio to 3rd party financiers.
Create series and/or movie budgets, schedules, achievements, and assumptions.
Applicants should have experience acquiring and developing IP, sourcing and supervising writers, developing first-class screenplays, as well as tracking and packaging valuable directors and actors.
Oversee planning and production, from pre-production through final delivery. Work closely with production executives and Finance to establish schedule and budget for each production.
This position will report to the Film Production Lead and your responsibilities broadly include reviewing and vetting budgets and schedules, curating vendor and crew relations, and establishing best practices from pre-production through delivery.
Work with EVP of Finance and Corporate Strategy to ensure proper accounting for various Film projects. Ensure Financial projections align with the most up to date information.

Support the production staff on all administrative production requirements across the life of a production.

Support entire Original Programming Department in execution of Scripted Originals. Help maintain all submission reports, spec logs and development reports for scripted programming.

Manage projects on the Four-quadrant and YA Film and TV slate to shepherd a robust development and production pipeline across the Four-quadrant Family and YA/Young Adult categories.
Compile, distribute, and store daily production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, DOOD, and schedules) on the studio network.
Field pitches, identify trends, and help establish the strategic development goals.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance changing demands, a dynamic schedule, and function well under pressure.
Strong creative and communication skills with regard to evaluating and giving notes on scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, casting, music and mixes. Proven knowledge of story and script structure.
