Track and document development slate submissions for executive. Support executive in tracking incoming materials for current series including scripts, cuts, calendars and delivery dates.
Handle all administrative responsibilities for the executive including expense reporting, scheduling all meetings, coordinating conference calls, and greeting all visiting guests.
Monitor and support all Local Original Series projects in development and production. Meets with show producers, production managers and creative executives in regards to schedules, budget and all production related matters and issues.

Attend or audit voice records, as needed, or as requested by the EPs, to ensure constancy of character, and also to enable a single voice representing the production to be present when needed.
Organize and maintain production and artwork files on the server. Ensures artists receive necessary launch materials for their episodic or departmental work. Coordinate, prep, and schedules production meetings.
Create agendas & contact lists for key meetings with senior executives and outside producers, speaking when appropriate to inform attendees of updates, policies, and protocols. Draft and update Production documents which are distributed to all partners.
