The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting has announced 11 individuals and one writing team as the finalists of this year’s pool which consisted of 6,915 original screenplay submissions.
Logline: When their surrogate decides to keep the child, a successful middle-aged artist decides to pay her husband’s young and easy-going lover to move in and have his child for them. Her presence in their home evokes a mixed response as she forces them to examine the issues of their marriage.
