Five time Academy Award-nominee Amy Adams has joined Sharp Objects, a drama series from Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn. Entertainment One has also signed on to act as the studio and shop the series.

Alexander Skarsgard has signed on to join Nicole Kidman in Big Little Lies, an HBO limited series based on the best-selling Liane Moriarty book. Skarsgard will play Perry, husband to Kidman’s Celeste.
