ABC adds a cop-wife to Detroit 187, Comedy Central recast 1 and calls back another for Playing With Guns, CW adds a “Mash” star to 90210 (yes, you read that right), Fox finds a lead for much-hyped Locke & Key, HBO brings some Scrubs love to Luck, Lifetime finds a best friend for Prince William, NBC finds their female lead for Playboy, Showtime adds some more sex appeal to Shameless, SyFy adds two more to their Treasure Island mini, and TV Land brings adds a 7th Heaven star to Rip City.
A&E greenlights a PI drama, CBS grabs a supernatural cop drama, as well as an assistant comedy, Comedy Central revives a dormant Spike pilot, MTV brings us back to 1993 with some B&B, NBC picks up a new “inception-like” spec from Lone Star creator, adds a Brit reboot, a cheaters love story, and an Arrested Development style laugher. Meanwhile, NCIS gets a renewal, Chase doesn’t, and CBS and Comedy Central add directors to their pilots.
