Launch Pad alum Rohit Kumar, whose script Greyshore earned the Top Drama prize in the 2015 Launch Pad Pilot Competition, has joined the writing team for Season 2 of the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. He has also newly signed with Verve.

Logline: After a disgraced doctor discovers that the couple who raised him aren’t his biological parents, he takes his own family to an inherited estate where he begins to feel the pull of dark, mysterious forces that threaten to change everything he knew about himself and his place in this world.
2015 Launch Pad Pilot Competition writer Rohit Kumar has been signed by Benderspink managers Scott Stoops and David Baggelaar. Kumar, who currently has his script Greyshore sitting in our Top 26 semi-finalists, also earned a spot in our honorable mentions this year with his script Unbecomers.
