Cedric the Entertainer is set to co-star in Welcome to the Neighbourhood, CBS’ multi-camera comedy pilot. Meanwhile, British actress Perdita Weeks is set as the female lead in CBS’ Magnum P.I.. pilot.

Haunted by the electrocution death of his brother, Beau is devoted to niece Bailey and determined to see her go off to college and away from the life of linemen. Bailey has other plans, which include the strapping second-generation lineman Duncan (Devon Sawa), whom Beau despises. As a storm heads to their town, Beau, Duncan and a legion of linemen must face down impending disaster to keep their community connected.
Gina Carano continues to add credits to her film resume with the Peter Howitt’s Scorched Earth. She recently signed on to star in the indie apocalyptic action flick alongside John Hannah.
Falling Skies Ryan Robbins is set to join the cast of the CW’s comic-based drama Arrow in its upcoming fourth season. The actor will recur as Conklin, a member of Shadowspire and will serve as an enemy to series star Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen AKA Green Arrow.
