Take notes in meetings with high-level showrunners, help with Keynote and/or Photoshop design projects, and update & organize submissions and development grids.

Office duties include but not limited to: rolling calls, scheduling calls and meetings for Executive & clients, sending out submissions, money tracking, and coverage.

Daily responsibilities include managing calls, managing schedules, facilitating auditions, compiling submissions, tracking client bookings, as well as serving as the first point of contact with clients, casting directors, and executives.

The Production Coordinator will  provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.
