The ideal candidate must be a curious and fast learner, able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, have meticulous attention to detail, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent reading/writing/verbal skills are essential and the ability to multi-task re: managing schedules, call logs, casting submissions, and bookings.
Responsibilities include rolling calls; heavy scheduling and calendar management; providing administrative and client support including scheduling auditions.
Daily duties include rolling calls, scheduling and managing calendars, high volume of emails, phone sheet maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Talent submissions on platforms. Assisting Talent Managers. Coordinating talents’ schedules and appointments.
Duties include talent submissions, script reading and research, and PowerPoint presentations/creating decks.
We are specifically looking for an applicant who plans on staying long-term in the Talent Management industry.
You must have an existing client list that you want to expand to be considered for this position.
An ideal candidate will be personable, good under pressure, ability to multi-task, excellent work ethic, and eager to learn.
Provide administrative support to Talent Managers and their talent roster including: project managing and executing of partnerships, managing calendars, managing call sheets/notes, and scheduling calls/shoot dates.
Responsibilities include heavy phones, scheduling, coordinating travel, drafting and sending client material/auditions to casting.
