Season 2, Episode 5 – This week on Legends of Tomorrow we’re forced to face a hot button issue – the United States Presidency. In this week’s episode, “Compromised”, the Legends respond to a time quake in Ronald Reagan’s White House, where they find that Damien Darhk has gotten ahold to nuclear weapons. Season 1, Episode 5 – This week on Insecure I learned that whoever runs the set and wardrobe department needs to open a store and take all my money. Oh, and Issa breaks my heart and Molly gets a lesson in karma.
Season 2, Episode 4 – On this week’s episode of Legends of Tomorrow, “Abominations” featured two of America’s favorite things: zombies and racism. If ya’ll enjoyed this episode then read no further, because I absolutely did not.
Season 1, Episode 4 – This week on Insecure just as I was finally giving Issa and Lawerence a chance, the writers rip my heart out and begin breaking them apart. Can Insecure let any of these characters live??
Season 2, Episode 3 – In this weeks episode of Legends of Tomorrow, Heywood gets a new power, screws up, and forces the crew to crash land in Feudal Japan. Also in this week’s episode, I’ve officially added Heywood to my “Characters I Can’t Stand” List.
Season 1, Episode 3 – This week on Insecure, “Racist as F***”, Issa finally gets a win, Molly is problematic as hell, I actually root for Lawrence, and all of my emotions are played with.
Season 2, Episode 2 – In this week’s episode of Legends of Tomorrow , “Justice Society of America” the Legends’ were forced to team up with their worst nightmare: an old school team of supers who were actually good at their job.
Season 1 – Haters Back Off is Netflix’s new comedy series, starring Youtube sensation Miranda Sings. This disturbing, surreal, and dark comedy, follows Miranda as she claws her way into stardom, with no talent. Despite it being a comedy, this series has some pretty heavy moments, leaving the viewer wondering whether they should laugh or cry.
Season 1, Episode 2 – This week on Insecure, Issa must decide whether she’s ready to confront Lawrence or continue to hide from him. Meanwhile, Molly hopes that a re-javination will help her dating life.
Season 2, Episode 1 – Legends of Tomorrow, Legends of Tomorrow came back for a lighter second season, and having defeated Vandal Savage, the Legends are faced with a new threat and another team of (hopeful) alliances.
Season 1, Episode 1 – Coming off of her successful, relatable, and funny as hell web series, The Misadventures of an Awkward Black Girl, fans of Issa Rae excitedly waited with anticipation for the release of her new HBO show, Insecure. And disappoint she did not.
