Now that the festival’s biggest purchase has been made, things are starting to get a little quieter at Sundance — but that doesn’t mean films aren’t getting snatched up by studios. Acquisitions are still being made on some of the festival’s most buzzed about titles and the first round of awards have been handed out for short filmmaking.

Logline: Follows a workaholic dad who inherits a rundown circus. He discovers a magical box of animal crackers that gives him the ability to become any animal from the box.

Logline: A precocious 15 year old, who is obsessed with death, battles his mother and his own demons as his wild imagination thrusts him on a journey through the gritty streets of Portland where he meats his match, and begins to deal with some very hard truths.

Logline: A sequel to the 1980s film “Twins” that would see twins Julius and Vincent, as they discover they have a third sibling.

Logline: As an apocalyptic war rages outside, a wounded cop, a wounded killer and a nurse take refuge inside an abandoned hospital and fight for survival after they become separated and trapped inside the hospital’s labyrinth-like hallways.

Logline: The FBI enlists an unconventional group of men, including a bear hunter, to help track down a domestic terrorist in the wilderness of North Carolina mountains.

Logline: The officers of the Reno police department visit a national police convention in Miami Beach. When the convention center is bio-attacked, it’s up to Reno’s “finest” to save the day.
