Keith Stanfield has joined horror film GET OUT from Blumhouse Productions. Jordan Peele, of Key and Peele, wrote and is directing the picture.
The film centers on a young African American man who visits his Caucasian girlfriend’s family estate. Stanfield joins previously cast Catherine Keener, Allison Williams, Daniel Kaluuya, Caleb Landry Jones, Lil Rel Howery, and Betty Gabriel.
QC Entertainment principals Sean McKittrick and Edward H. Hamm Jr. produce with Blumhouse’s Jason Blum. Executive producers are QC’s Ray Mansfield and Shaun Redick, and Blumhouse’s Couper Samuelson.
Stanfield drew attention for his scene-stealing role as Snoop Doggy Dogg in last year’s Straight Outta Compton. He will next appear on the big screen in Miles Ahead opposite Don Cheadle, Snowden, and War Machine, and in the FX series Atlanta.
He’s repped by CAA and Stark Management.
