Chronicles the real-life 1920s mystery surrounding the suspicious deaths of several Osage Indians, who were at the time among the richest people on the planet. The story follows the twists and turns of the investigation that eventually became the first major case solved by J. Edgar Hoover’s brand new FBI.




Logline: When a failed photographer drags his depressed wife and step-daughter to the country for family support, what they discover are dark cult roots, an isolated hippie heaven, and the terrifying realization that they may not be free to leave alive.


Five time Academy Award-nominee Amy Adams has joined Sharp Objects, a drama series from Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn. Entertainment One has also signed on to act as the studio and shop the series.


Keith Stanfield has joined horror film Get Out from Blumhouse Productions. Jordan Peele of Key and Peele wrote and is directing the picture.


Kevin Bacon is attached to star in the Tremors television series being developed by Universal Cable Productions and Jason Blum’s Blumhouse Productions. Bacon, who will also executive produce, will reprise his role from the 1990 cult classic.


Rising horror director Alexandre Aja is teaming up with the biggest name in indie horror, Jason Blum, for Sleepwalker. Blum is producing for his Blumhouse Productions label, while Ian Bryce produces via his own shingle. Plot details are being kept hush, though sources let on that the project involves a sleep lab study.


Lee Pace and Carrie Coon have been tapped to star in the latest micro-budget genre film from Blumhouse Productions. Titled The Keeping Hours, the pic will be a departure from the shingle’s vast library of genre titles, as it’s the company’s first love story.
