Steve Carell and Keira Knightly are in talks for the end-of-the-world romantic comedy, SEEKING A FRIEND AT THE END OF THE WORLD. Lorene Scafaria will direct from her own script about a man searching for a meaningful connection as the end of humanity approaches.
Scafaria and Anonymous Content’s Steve Golin and Joy Gorman will produce alongside Indian Paintbrush’s Steven Rales and Mark Roybal, with Mandate Pictures’ Nathan Kahane and Nicole Brown serving as exec producers.
Carell is repped by WME and Media Four. Knightly is repped by WME and United Agents.
