Partner with senior executives to develop current story ideas and create new projects. Actively participate in internal brainstorms and be able to creatively lead these meetings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling a high volume of meetings and calls for two executives; interfacing and scheduling for clients; performing and organizing script coverage; tracking writers and directors; managing and tracking submissions of Finance/producing projects.

Administrative support including receiving & managing phone calls, heavy calendar management and coordination of internal & external meetings across different time zones, reviewing & responding to emails on behalf of the executives, coordinating presentations, conferences,  and events, managing expense reports, making travel arrangements.

Coordinates shipping of episodic materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Breakdown scripts in various stages (Outline, 1st Draft, 2nd Draft) to determine complexity of assigned episodes.

Prepare and coordinate meeting logistics with a focus on productivity, agenda setting and set-up of necessary pre-read materials includes meeting set-up, pre-preparation, note taking, distribution and follow-through on action items.
